Views - Dashboard
The SIMAnswers User Dashboard is where you see everything about a user's Q&A information. It is also where users can set their preferences.
Top of the Dashboard view contains relevant information with links. Moving your mouse over a user's level will display certain information about his points and level. If you have JomSocial/EasySocial/Community Builder installed, a link to their profile will also be displayed.
There are several sub-views of the Dashboard, and each displays a different set of information:
- Questions
- This list the user's questions ordered by newest first.
- Answers
- There are 2 lists here: the user's answers, and their Best Answers
- Followed Questions
- A list of questions that the user follow
- Network
- There are 2 lists here: the user's followers, and users they are following
- Points
- This is only visible to the Dashboard owner. It lists the individual user activities and their respective points.
- Preferences

Users can set their profile, email and privacy preferences here. It's best for you to check out your own preferences page to see what the settings are as they are quite comprehensive.
It should be noted that if you do not have JomSocial/EasySocial/Community Builder installed, then users will be able to upload their own avatars on this page.
Scrolling down to the bottom of the pages (except Preferences) will load more content.

I have been using SimANSWERS for over a year on our educational website. It's an excellent component that comes in handy for Questions and Answers. The display is attractive, it is very easy to use and we have been using it to help students and our visitors on many educational topics.

Support here is excellent and you have timely updates. I have been using SimAnswers for over a year and they have been more than helpful. My questions have always been answered on time.

This is certainly a well thought out component, and is quite interesting. I especially like the "Interesting list" where users can in a sense "like" a post. Well done!
